リーダーシッププログラム・海外研修

To develop the next generation of global leaders, Nissan offers various leadership
development programs.
Based on the philosophy that people grow through challenging experiences, employees gain
opportunities to work across regions, functions, and organizations.

  • FSA(Foreign Service Assignment)/ STA(Short Term Assignment)

    Employees are assigned to overseas locations where they work on local operations and projects.
    In addition to executing business responsibilities, they gain experience in mentoring local teams
    and managing diverse organizations, strengthening their global leadership capabilities.

  • G-FTP(Global Function Training Program)

    Employees are dispatched to overseas offices or partner institutions as trainees for six months
    to two years, gaining international experience and specialized expertise.
    This program aims to cultivate talent capable of thriving in global environments.

  • Cross-Functional Rotation

    Through planned rotations across departments based on employees’ Career Development Plan,
    individuals broaden their perspectives and build the foundation for future leadership.

  • CFT(Cross Functional Team), CCT(Cross Company Team)

    Teams are formed across departments or companies to tackle key corporate challenges.
    Working with members from diverse backgrounds encourages innovative thinking beyond
    existing boundaries and promotes mutual learning.

  • V-FAST Facilitator Training

    This program develops leaders who can facilitate cross-functional teams to solve company
    challenges quickly and effectively.
    Participants who complete the program receive V-FAST Facilitator certification.
