Geerthivasan Mahendran leads the Aftersales & Quality
                        department at Nissan Digital India (NDI), which
                        encompasses service engineering, parts sales/e-commerce,
                        vehicle diagnostics, engineering quality, field quality
                        improvement, consumer affairs, and warranty chargeback.
                      
                      
                        With 15 years of experience in the development and
                        delivery of IT & data analytics products, Geerthivasan
                        has worked across various domains, including investment
                        banking, insurance, healthcare, and automobile.
                      
                      
                        He also has multi-cultural experience leading global
                        product development teams in India, the United States,
                        the United Kingdom, and Japan.
                      
                      
                        Geerthivasan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science
                        from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Engineering
                        in Computer Science & Engineering from Anna University,
