From site selection and new construction when opening a location, to maintenance and efficiency improvements during operation, and finally demolition and asset disposal when closing a facility, you will be involved in every phase of the asset lifecycle.
You will also work on a wide variety of facilities—including R&D centers, plants, and logistics hubs—giving you exposure to diverse facility strategies that even real estate developers rarely experience.
